COLLEGE PLANNING

BROTHERS Academy  helps students explore post-secondary paths that are the best-fit option for students, including the likelihood of admission to colleges of their choice.

ACADEMIC PLANNING

Centered around academic goals set by each student, BROTHERS Academy  incorporates benchmark check-ins throughout the year to encourage accountability and provide additional support as needed. 

CAREER PLANNING

BROTHERS Academy provides personality and career assessments for students to get a better understanding of what career path aligns best with their strengths and interests in conjunction with guest speakers across a wide range of professions.

PERSONAL & PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

BROTHERS Academy equips students with business professional dress code attire and trains them on soft skills needed to be successful in a professional environment. Members are also challenged to grow personally, pursuing characteristics that cultivate them into “Men of Distinction”.

BROTHERS Academy  fosters a safe and inclusive environment through community service and mentorship that generates a sense of belonging and genuine brotherhood for productive as well as healthy conversations conducive to social and emotional development.
